Nexus currently have a portfolio of 23 large format roadside advertising sites located throughout Tyne and Wear. The portfolio consists of both 48 and 96 sheet types in paper and paste display formats. Nexus are looking to appoint a contractor to develop our portfolio with a view to increasing our revenue stream from these sites year on year over the duration of the contract. Nexus are looking to appoint a contractor to develop our portfolio with a view to increasing our revenue stream from these sites year on year over the duration of the contract. This increase in revenue is expected to come from both the investment in and development of potential sites to a digital format in addition to the upgrading of the remaining sites or decommissioning of those the tenderer does not deem to be commercially viable.
