Solar PV Installation (ECO4) and SHDF Energy Saving Measures

This notice is to service Citizen's intention to directly award via a pre-procured framework governed by the Procurement Act 2023. Citizen intends to use the Procure Plus framework for Installation of Low and Zero Carbon Technologies to directly award a contract to Eco Approach Limited. The contract will include ECO4 funded Solar PV installations and more general energy saving measures upgrades using SHDF funding. ECO Approach have access to ECO4 Funding, and have approaced Citizen to utilise on properties that are non-gas, and SAP D or below. This provides an excellent opportunity to provide crucial energy saving measures to our homes and help our residents in the fuel poverty crisis, providing warm, comfortable and economical homes. ## Contract award Title: ECO4 Funded Solar PV Installations and SHDF Funded ESM Upgrade Works
