Novo-K conducted a procurement exercise on behalf of KBS for the purposes of providing a framework that KBS can provide its contracted services to HMNB at Portsmouth, of which KBS is seeking to enhance and operate an agile supply chain solution to enable a robust, compliant and operationally beneficial call-off protocol from an awarded pool of Tier 1 and Tier 2 subcontractors (suppliers) across various disciplines whom can provide the works, goods and services needed to support KBS as the Contractor stationed at the aforementioned Naval Base. Awarded suppliers must be able to provide services to KBS within 30 days of award depending on the complexities of requirements and all contracts, agreements, NDAs, security clearances being obtained if not already acquired if suppliers are already existing providers to KBS on site.
