Description

Building cleaning services to multi-occupancy blocks, independent living accommodation and voids properties. Flatted Blocks, Walton Court Centre, Wycliffe End and Independent Living Schemes The Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust is responsible for managing the cleaning service to a number of properties located throughout Aylesbury Vale, including approx. 195 multi-occupancy flatted blocks and 15 independent living schemes. The Trust is seeking a suitably experienced contractor to undertake building cleaning services throughout the district of Aylesbury Vale. The scope of services includes the cleansing of: — windows (internal and external), — entrance lobbies, — corridors and communal lounges, — bin stores and chutes, — lifts, — communal kitchens and laundries, — communal toilets and communal shower/bathroom, — guest bedrooms at independent living schemes, — stairways. On-demand internal and external cleaning and clearances of void properties in the Vale of Aylesbury. Different void properties will require different tasks which can include but are not limited to the following cleaning: — kitchens, — bathrooms, — living areas, — hall/stairs/landings, — doors and windows, — front entrances/porches/outbuildings, and — removal of graffiti/nicotine staining and bodily fluids — void property clearance and removal of property to store, — disposal of waste.
