Smartply Europe DAC are seeking tender submissions from one or more suitably qualified candidates in relation to the cleaning services at Smartply Europe DAC. The successful candidate will be required to supply professional cleaning services as per the detailed specification below. The candidate will be required to supply all staff, equipment, tools, and cleaning products required in order, to comply with the specification. Daily Cleaning Requirements: - Canteen • Sweep and scrub/mop canteen, kitchen, stores floors, paying attention to areas under vending machine, kitchen, tray trolleys and canteen equipment (use wet floor sign) • Note – canteen and kitchen to be properly cleaned before canteen staff prep for breakfast (cleaner needed on site from 6am) • Clean/wash all tables and window ledges • Bain Maire unit to be cleaned and polished • Clean sink, remove tea stains etc • Empty bins and dump rubbish in skips in designated areas Reception, Conference Room, main passageway, lockers, general offices, new office block and first aid room • Sweep, polish, and dust - paying attention to electrical conduits and tops of high storage units and windowsills, under desks • Vacuum floors/mats • Mop spillages • Burnish/buff floors • Chairs vacuumed • Sign outside main entrance • Clean all photos/pictures • Clean tops of lockers, vacuum lockers weekly • Empty all bins in offices, replace bin bags as necessary • Spray clean all floors, removing black marks and build up at edges regularly with spontex wire wool • First aid room: As above and if time permits, shelves and presses • Skip all rubbish Factory showers, toilet block, locker rooms, main toilets (off canteen) and visitor toilet off Reception • Clean/wash: toilets, urinals, sinks, partitions, ledgers, floors, walls, tiles, mirrors, radiators, pipework, under sinks • Sweep and mop floors • Check and replenish soap, toilet rolls, barrier cream and roller towels • Clean first aid room • Empty bin Central office, QC Lab, Shift Leader’s office, First aid, 2 Mechanical Workshop Offices, Electrical Manager’s office, Control room, Store Manager’s office, shipping, Coillte Cabin Logyard, New Toilets + New Portacabin for Drivers • Dust/polish tables, dust all ledges including skirting boards and electrical conduits • Empty bins • Sweep and mop floors Monthly Cleaning Requirements Canteen Deep Clean • Walls/doors/paintwork/light fittings washed • Deep clean canopy, filters, and stainless-steel backing behind cooking area • Wet Hoover Salad-well • Ceiling Filters • Tables and chairs, legs scrubbed • Staff fridge inside and behind • Full scrub on floor Other: • Inside Windows cleaned and window frames scrubbed including Control Room • Outside Windows washed and cleaned including Control Room • Main office doors (get rid of cobwebs) • Strip, scrub and re-seal floors in factory and canteen toilets/locker rooms, canteen, general passageway (outside canteen), security and weighbridge, First Air room and shipping office. • Scrub central office, shift leader’s office and quality lab. Bi-monthly Cleaning Requirements Strip and re-seal of general office area floors. Strip and re-seal of main hallway. Quarterly Cleaning Requirements Underneath and behind kitchen units/equipment/ovens/dishwasher, tea/coffee machine/vending machines/tray trolleys/freezer/salad well etc. • Floor edges/corners scrubbed/skirting of Ban Marie (by hand if necessary) /walls/doors/paintwork/light fittings washed. • Deep clean canopy, filters, and stainless-steel backing behind cooking area. • Ceiling filters. • Tables and chairs, legs scrubbed. • Staff fridge, inside and behind. • Ban Marie front. • Full scrub on floor. • Windows and ledges. • Chef’s office ***Please see tender document for full and complete scope of works***
