Platform will give uses the ability to self-assess their company’s sustainability. To identify new training to help develop along the prescribed roadmap mentioned above. To track progress along their journey. To identify companies suitable for the 6-month training programme. To give companies the ability to learn at their own pace. To give the programme the ability to expand nationally rapidly. The platform will identify the knowledge base and sustainability level in a company. It will promote learning courses to the members of the company where skill gaps exist. It will help leadership build sustainable strategies It will help build a culture of sustainability in the companies It will help with talent retention through upskilling of staff and implementing sustainable mindsets – many of which are around people’s wellbeing.
