Description

Provision of cloud based financial software package Lot 1: Live Active Leisure is seeking a Financial Management System (FMS) that meets the following minimum requirements: - Fully integrated, modern FMS solution to streamline & automate financial processes. - Cloud-based system with user-friendly interfaces and accessibility across multiple devices. - Core functionality including, but not limited to: - General Ledger - Accounts Payable & Receivable - Automated Accounts Payable - Bank Reconciliation, with Bank Feed and Automation - Fund Accounting - Budgeting & Forecasting - Management & Statutory Reporting - Compliance with relevant accounting standards (including Charities SORP and FRS 102) - Ability to manage multiple companies/entities within the same system, including consolidated reporting and intercompany transactions. - Integration with other business systems including document storage, HR, payroll, and Leisure Management System. - Support for multi-departmental financial management with roles and permissions for different teams within the organisation. - Customisable reporting tools with the ability to provide tailored financial reports for different stakeholders. - Data security features to meet regulatory requirements (GDPR, etc.) - Business continuity and disaster recovery services for system reliability and data protection. - User training and support services to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing system use. - Licensing and software support services for the ongoing maintenance of the system. - Future scalability to accommodate potential growth in users, properties, and organisational complexity.
