O devandito uso ten por obxecto fomentar a mobilidade urbana e interurbana mediante o emprego de vehículos máis respectuosos co medio ambiente. O número de puntos de recarga que serán obxecto de concesión será de 2, o cal se complementará coa utilización de 4 prazas de aparcamento na citada Rúa Nova de Couso.
