Cobalt - Level Access Showers 2016-20 - AWARD

Description

Cobalt Housing is seeking tenders from General Building & Construction Contractors for the provision of Level Access Shower Works. Works will be in occupied, domestic premises at different individual addresses across North Liverpool in the following postcode areas - L9, L10 and L11. The resultant contract will be for 12 months commencing 01/06/2016 with the option to extend for 3 further 12 month periods until 01/06/2020. The estimated annual value of the tender, excluding VAT, is approximately £124,000. Consideration to tenants will be critical, therefore the Successful Contractor will need to demonstrate its experience in completing similar work successfully, of working in occupied houses and dealing with vulnerable people. This will need to be demonstrated in the 6. CCS Qualification Questionnaire. If Cobalt isn't satisfied with the level of experience demonstrated, the bidding Contractor will be excluded from the process.
