IWA Clontarf Toilets Refurb 2021

Description

Irish Wheelchair Association are going to market for the renovation of the toilet block in the Clontarf Resource and Outreach Centre (ROC) are now planned for completion by the end of 2021. These works are to increase the size of the toilets, improve accessibility and provide a changing places facility. Tenders are now sought for these works. Scope of Works: The scope of works is detailed in the accompanying drawings and specification. These works include in brief: • Demolition of the existing toilet cubicles, fixtures and fittings. • New fit out works including associated mechanical and electrical works. • New fixtures and fittings – note specialist equipment not included for in this tender – refer to drawings for specific details. • NOTE: Some toilets will need to remain operational throughout the works. Therefore, works will be phased to facilitate this. Alternative proposals to that shown on the drawings can be submitted for approval.
