Description

The Works comprise the full design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of a replacement water softening plant and reverse osmosis (RO) plant, together with all associated pipework alterations, valves, controls, and ancillaries, to achieve full operational integration with the existing HSSD infrastructure. The scope also includes the decommissioning and removal of existing gas-fired boilers serving the system and their replacement with steam-to-LTHW packaged plate heat exchanger (PHE) units, complete with all necessary steam, condensate return, LTHW distribution, controls integration, insulation, builders’ works, electrical supplies, and BMS interfaces.
