Painter and floor layer services, framework agreement

Description

The contest concerns a framework agreement for painter and floor layer services and materials thereof. The tenderer must provide materials for all assignments that are to be carried out by the tenderer, unless the Contracting Authority requires otherwise. The framework agreement must meet the municipality´s need for such services and material, for ongoing operation and maintenance work in the contract period. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has bought painter and floor layer services and materials for approx. NOK 2,500,000 excluding VAT per year for the last 3 years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. Lot 1: Estimated annual value : NOK 2,500,000 - 3,500,000 excluding VAT. The estimate is non-binding for the contracting authority. The maximum value for the contract, including any extensions and expected price increase: NOK 16,000,000 excluding VAT. See the procurement documents for further information. Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this procurement. Framework agreement The contract will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying provisions on seriousness. The contracting authority shall sign a contract with up to three tenderers, as long as a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
