Luton Borough Council is looking to engage suitably qualified, experienced and professional organisations to undertake some soft market testing for us to scope a potential requirement to help us better understand the current market land scape for the delivery of our stray dog service. At this stage the council is not seeking to procure a new contract but is engaging with the market to explore potential delivery models, innovations, and supplier capabilities. We Welcome all interested parties to share their insights and help shape the future of this strategic statutory service.
