Buckinghamshire CCG — APMS Contract for Cressex Health Centre

Lot 1: Buckinghamshire CCG — APMS contract for Cressex Health Centre. NHS England Thames Valley Area Team (the Commissioner at the time of the original procurement) carried out an exercise to identify a provider for a GP Surgery on an APMS Contract, initially on a 5-year term. NHS England Thames Valley Area Team sought expressions of interest from suitably qualified and interested providers with an ability to deliver a GP Surgery service across 2 sites. The practice had a current list size of 8 200 patients, provided from the main surgery premises, Cressex Health Centre, Coronation Road, Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe and its branch surgery at Lynton House, London Road, High Wycombe. The Contract was awarded to CV Health with the intention stated within the procurement documents to novate the contract to Better Health Bucks (BHB). The contract will be novated in line with this in April 2019. The contract was for 5 years with the option to extend for an additional 2 years. The service commencement date was 1.7.2015.
