The new tool will allow us to perform surface roughness and form metrology of the optical surfaces we create during our research into ultraprecision machining techniques. This tool will fill a gap in our metrology suite, which currently consists primarily of non-contact measurement devices. Framework LAB3162 NW , Lot 4 was used via a Direct Award Call-off method.
