Description
The contracting entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to establish multi-supplier framework agreements for the provision of recruitment services across Ervia, Irish Water, Gas Networks and their subsidiariesl It is the intention to appoint service providers to support the delivery of these requirements in the four areas referenced below, each of which will constitute a separate Lot as set out below and in more detail in Appendix 3: Please refer to the PQQ doc. The provision of recruitment services to the contracting entity for general management/permanent/fixed term/contingency/agency and temp. The scope of this lot is to cover recruitment requirements for general management, permanent, fixed term contingency, agency and temp categories of staff. This will include but not be limited to admin level roles to meet the demands of the organisation for a broad range of staff general management provide search and selection recruitment services across general management roles. It is expected that the successful organisation will be responsible for the full range of candidate search and selection activity including but not limited to advert placement and thoroughly researching the market place, through long listing and shortlisting, undertaking due diligence checks of candidates and providing feedback to candidates as required general permanent/fixed term/temporary/contingent/agency staff provide a range of recruitment services across permanent, fixed term, temporary, contingent and agency categories of staff, including but not limited to administrative support roles to meet changing demands within the contracting entity for a broad range of staff. Please see Appendix 3 Scope of Requirements on the PQQ document for further details. The provision of recruitment services to the contracting entity for executive recruitment. The scope of this lot is to provide for niche requirements in this areas such as search and selection recruitment services across senior executive roles. It is expected that the successful service providers will be responsible for the full range of executive search and selection activity from advising on advert placement and thoroughly researching the market place, through long listing and shortlisting and to providing feedback to candidates if required. Please see Appendix 3 of the PQQ document for further details. The provision of recruitment services to the contracting entity for technical recruitment including for permanent/fixed term/contingency/agency and temp staff. The scope of this lot is to provide for niche requirements in the area of providing services for technical recruitment to meet changing demands within the contracting entity for a broad range of staff skillset.
