Fingal County Council intends to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement with one economic operator, thereafter that economic operator being entitled to be considered for all contracts within the scope of the framework. The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to seek the provision of a Driver Training Programme in Fingal County Council’s administrative area.
