Measured Term Contract External Works

Description

Planned maintenance (external) works for various properties within the London Borough of Haringey. Orders may be issued (but not limited to): window and door replacement works; flat and pitched roof repair/replacement works; external pointing and brickwork/concrete/render repair works; repairs to/renewal of fencing; repairs to/renewal of guttering/rainwater goods; replacement of fascia's/soffits and barge boards; communal parts refurb etc. This has been procured through the LCP MW24-H Framework Lot 1: Planned maintenance (external) works for various properties within the London Borough of Haringey.
