The University of Edinburgh has appointed a Quantity Surveyor to support the operation of the University’s EC0996 Building Fabric Maintenance and Small Works MTC Framework Agreement. Lot 1: The University of Edinburgh has appointed a Quantity Surveyor to support the operation of the University’s EC0996 Building Fabric Maintenance and Small Works MTC Framework Agreement. The initial call-off contract term is for one year from 15th July 2026 through to 14th July 2027. The University, in its sole discretion, has two 1-year options to extend, potentially taking the contract through to 14th July 2029 if all extensions are applied. This contract has been awarded via a Direct Award procedure utilising the University of Edinburgh's EC0975 Quantity Surveying Framework Agreement..
