Off-site storage and bulk scanning service to provide the following services to all 4 Ulster University campuses in Northern Ireland: • scanning service, • off-site storage service, • secure shredding service. Requirements for bulk scanning services vary depending of record type, format, quality, file structure, fields to be indexed and other unique business requirements. Each will be individually scoped and agreed in conjunction with the supplier during the contract term. Provision of secure off-site storage service for approx. 2 000 archive boxes including record collection from campuses, web based inventory management, support with initial inventory capture, monthly storage, and retrievals and returns. Secure record destruction services will be required after bulk scanning of records, allowing for a period of time for quality assurance checking and at the end of retention period for records in off-site storage.
