Insurance services

Description

Parkhead Housing Association is seeking to procure insurance services for all their assets, which include a mix of traditional sandstone tenements, modern flatted developments and low rise terraced and semi detached residential properties and also a small number of office and commercial premises, hostels and special needs facilities, and also factoring for both residential and commercial properties. The insurances to be provided are buildings, contents and ancillary insurance services. The full classes of insurances required are set out in the invitation to tender document. The requirement is for the provision of insurance services, predominantly but not exclusively all-inclusive buildings, contents and ancillary services. The classes of Insurances required are listed in Attachment 1: information for pricing contract of the invitation to tender documents.
