Newport City Council established an approved list , of registered education providers using a Dynamic Purchasing System, for the provision of Flying Start places early year’s education in September 2022 within the geographical boundaries of Newport. It included the four elements of the current programme - enhanced health visiting, support for speech, language and communication, parenting support as well as high quality childcare.This is Round/Phase 3 of the expansion of the Flying Start provision within the non maintained sector. and established providers and new entrants in the market are encouraged to apply. This 3rd round will be remain open until the expansion of phase 3 has been completed..The Flying Start Procured Childcare Places Approved List will expire on 23 February 2029.This requirement is being tendered via etenderwales and further detail as to the requirement can be accessed via PQQ_33669.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. To obtain further information record your interest on Sell2Wales at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/search/search_switch.aspx?ID=152594 Suppliers Instructions How to Express Interest in this PQQ:1. Register your company on the etenderwales portal (this is only required once)- Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk- Click the “Suppliers register here” link- Agree to the terms and conditions and click “continue”- Enter your correct business and user details- Note the username you chose and click “Save” when complete- You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure)2. Express an Interest in the Project- Login to the portal with the username/password- Click the “PQQs Open to All Suppliers” link. (These are Invitation to Tenders open to any registered supplier)- Click on the relevant PQQ (PQQ_33669 available to access the content).- Click the “Express Interest” button in the “Actions” box on the page.- This will move the PQQ into your “My PQQs” page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only)- Click on the ITT code to access the content3.
