Green Action Trust seek to engage a consultant to work on the design and specification of a community hub structure at an area of vacant and derelict land known as the “Creosote Site” in Leven. The project will focus on the development and design of a new Community Hub structure, including potential facilities, maintenance and management options. Green Action Trust, acting on behalf of The Leven Partnership seek to engage a consultant to work on the design and specification of a community hub structure at an area of vacant and derelict land known as the “Creosote Site” in Leven. This project is one of a suite of Development Phase activities funded via the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The project will focus on the development and design of a new Community Hub structure, including potential facilities, maintenance and management options. The consultant will be expected to provide services comprising the following RIBA stages: Stage 1: Preparation and Briefing Stage 2: Concept Design Stage 3: Spatial Coordination Some elements of Stage 4: Technical Design
