The items listed below represent typical works undertaken, please note this list is not exhaustive and may be subject to amendments • Wood preservative treatments (including removal of wood boring insects) • Injecting chemical Damp Proof Course • Tanking including renewing Damp Proof Membrane • Liquid waterproofing membrane to internal walls and floors • Replacing damp infected plasterboard, skirting and floorboards when affected by the above items The types of Associated Works will include, but not limited to joinery, plumbing, plastering and painting repairs, bricklaying, roofing and guttering repairs. ## Contract award
