Award of contract - Sludge emptying of separate sewage plants RK/SFK

Ringebu Municipality is holding this tender contest on behalf of Ringebu and Sør-Fron Municipalities. The tender contest concerns work emptying, transporting, and treating septic sludge from plants that consist of interceptors for sludge (septic tanks), blocked tanks, and mini-treatment plants. The work also includes simple inspections of the facilities when emptying, and reports of any errors to the contracting authority. The work does not include punting/flushing sewage pipes when private installations get blocked. This is to be agreed between the owner (title holder) and the sanitation engineer. A contract will be signed with one tenderer. The assignment will have a duration of two (2) years, with an option for an extension for 1 year. The contract will be valid from 01.01.2023. Lot 1: The procurement is for emptying, dewatering, transporting, and treating septic sludge. The offered prices must include the following work: - Emptying and dewatering separate interceptors for sludge, including simple inspections of the facilities when emptying, and reports of any errors to the contracting authority. - Emptying blocked tanks. - Emptying mini-treatment plants in accordance with the manufacturer's emptying instructions. - Transport of sludge to a certified treatment facility. - Sludge treatment at a certified treatment facility.
