Description

Tavistock Town Council is inviting tenders from RIBA Chartered Practices with the relevant skills and capability in heritage and conservation projects. Tenderers are invited to submit: 1) A lump sum tender for developing detailed design proposals, up to the requirements of RIBA Stage 3 as defined within the Design Team Service Brief (including structural engineering and building engineering services). 2) A lump sum tender estimate to deliver RIBA Stage 4 to 6, as defined within the Design Team Service Brief (including structural engineering and building engineering services). 3) An hourly rate cost for the provision of advice and support to Tavistock Town Council as commissioned by the Client for works which sit outside the Design Team Service Brief.
