Provision of a National Electronic Research Management System for the HSE

This tender process seeks to procure software-as-a-service (SaaS) to develop and roll out the HSE NERMS. The purpose of the management system will be the coordination of ethics review of health research applications with the governance processes necessary for compliance with the regulatory and legislative requirements for health research. Key objectives of this system will be the implementation of such review, approval and oversight requirements, and to enable research governance processes in the public health service, including public hospitals and community services.
