Commercial Heating Maintenance and Repair - Contract Award

Broadacres has conducted an open tender to award a contract to deliver a Commercial Heating and Plumbing service consisting of approximately 15 communal heating schemes (“Contract”) across their full area of operation (North Yorkshire) to a single contractor. The Contract duration will be 3 years with an optional 2 year commencing from August [TBC] 2026, value of expenditure will vary year on year but is expected to be £600,000 over the 3-year Contract period. The contract will include, but not be limited to, the following works: • Annual statutory servicing, • Completion of identified maintenance work, • Response to reactive repairs including an out of hours emergency response within 24 hours, 24hours a day 7 days per week. • Installation of new systems and upgrades where required. ## Contract award Title: Commercial Heating Servicing and Maintenance
