• Delivery of an engagement and consultation ('discovery') process with key stakeholders and public and patient representatives • An agreed structure for HDR UK brand and sub-brands (Futures, Alliance, Gateway, possibly BHF Data Science Centre and HDR Global) that reflects connections between activities across the institute, and offers an approach that will work for future programmes and products • Brand concept development with user testing and feedback • Working in collaboration with other agencies such as our web agency to implement the brand on digital platforms • Evaluation of impact on reputation and brand awareness post-launch • Delivery of design and logo assets
