Description

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced provider to deliver a comprehensive Physical Pharmacy Service across its physical health services. The service will support safe, effective, and patient-centred pharmaceutical care through medicines optimisation, clinical pharmacy support, governance, prescribing advice, workforce education, and quality improvement activities. The appointed provider will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, promote the appropriate use of medicines, and deliver value for money across the Trust's physical healthcare pathways.
