This facility will support advanced electrical engineering education for both land-based and offshore wind energy systems, ensuring alignment with industry standards and future workforce needs. The project aims to replicate real-world HV environments, enabling students to safely simulate operational scenarios, fault diagnostics, and system integration processes aligned with awarding body specifications. The installation will be designed with future-proofing in mind, ensuring capacity for expansion and integration with a primary 33kV substation in subsequent phases..
