Pre Market Engagement for contractor interest in becoming Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council's long term delivery partner for its Town Centre Living Sites and to seek feedback on our Blueprint and emerging approach to partnering. SBC reserve the right to engage with suppliers on a one-to-one basis following the closure of this PME period. This stage of the project will allow the Council to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the possible delivery routes, and the capacity, appetite and solutions presently existing within the market. It will also enable organisations to effectively plan for any potential forthcoming procurement. Responses to this PME will help to inform the Council's options and further decision making and will help shape any subsequent procurement process.
