Background NHS Grampian seeking support to improve the equipment performance and develop the operations and maintenance arrangements their Energy Centre on the Foresterhill Campus for a period of up to 1 year. The Energy Centre consists of · 3 Cochran steam generators · Biomass boiler · Centrax power generation package / CHP · Gas compression module · Ancillary equipment We are looking for a programme of consultancy support, including day-to-day coordination and coaching of existing staff and contractors. We are seeking proposals from companies with expertise and experience in operating similar equipment and a track-record of equipment performance improvement. We estimate a requirement of 1 WTE suitably experienced person, predominantly based on our site, with corporate back-up as needed.
