The municipalities in the Gjøvik region hereby invites tenderers to participate in a contest for a framework agreement concerning the purchase of Office Supplies. In 2017 to 2019, the Gjøvik region had a turnover on the existing contracts of respectively NOK 2.9 million, NOK 2.5 million and NOK 2.3 million. These are historical figures and are non binding for the municipalities in the region. The contest is cancelled! The aim of the contest is entering into a framework agreement with a supplier for the purchase of Office Supplies, including the following goods/product groups: IT environment and equipment, computer supplies, officer machinery, accessories for office machines, copy paper, paper products for offices and school, printing tools, office supplies, accessories for offices and school, presentation material, archiving, packaging products and envelopes, school products The tender contest 110172 Framework agreement for Office Supplies is cancelled, ref. issued notice dated 30 November 2020. The reason is that a significant change in tender documentation in order to achieve a comparison of received tenders that safeguards the principle of equal treatment could have made other tenderers interested in submitting tenders, also, such a ‘significant change’ could have affected the participant interest. This contracting authority believes this is a justifiable reason to cancel in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 25-4.
