We require the services of a company with specialist knowledge of IR35 legislation, case law and procedures to review and audit our internal IR35 processes. The company should have experience of supporting public sector organisations. They should be located in or able to operate in Scotland. The specialist should provide recommendations to improve our processes for assessing IR35 status and handling disputes in line with best practice and HMRC guidance based on a review of these processes and an audit of a sample of assessments conducted by SCTS.
