DUD - Works to Deliver Disabled Facilities Grants Over £5K in Value - AWARD

Description

Dudley MBC requests that all contractors currently on the PSH List within Constructionline complete the attached Schedule of Rates for Disabled Facilities Grant Work Over £5K to properties located throughout Borough. Each contractor must demonstrate their current registration with Constructionline and their current accreditation with Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) by the tender return date. All contractors will be appointed via a single Measured Term Contract with the Council. Works will be issued to each contractor by rotation, with the intention that contractors who provide a lower notional tender price will be issued with a greater percentage of the works.
