Matter for the Establishment of the Waste Disposal Site at Gaustablikk

Tinn Municipality would like to enter into a contract for the procurement of matter from Gaustatoppen Invest AS. Lot 1: Type of procedure: Contract award without a prior competition. The procurement is outside the scope of the procurement regulations. Explanation: The contracting authority has a comprehensive need for matter for the establishment of a municipal waste disposal site at Gaustablikk. Gaustatoppen Invest AS has 7 000 m excess matter after a development project at Gaustablikk. This is offered to the contracting authority at Gaustablikk at a reasonable rate. It would be much more expensive to obtain matter from other places and transport it up to Gaustablikk. In addition, it would not be environmentally friendly if the matter that is already at Gaustablikk is not used for the assignment. Transport on the roads up to Gaustablikk would be an environmental challenge, and would also be a burden on the infrastructure and a safety challenge. The Contracting Authority therefore intends to enter into a contract with Gaustatoppen Invest AS.
