Managed Support Services for EAConnect, NISTR & PSEP & DE

Description

To ensure a managed support service is available to the existing EA Connect Service and as new Version 1 developments move into live environment ensuring continuity of service for customers at peak application times throughout the year. The service will allow for cosmetic changes, incident management, performance testing etc to ensure customer experience is maintained across all applications Lot 1: The purpose of this contract is to ensure that a managed support service is available for live services and as solution development with EA's delivery partners moves into live environments, always ensuring continuity of service for all customers throughout the duration of the contract. The service provision will allow for changes, incident management, performance testing, etc, to ensure an excellent standard of customer experience is maintained across all applications.
