The Municipal Undertaking for Cultural and Sports Facilities is a municipal enterprise with responsibility for engineering design, construction, administration and operation of cultural buildings and sports facilities in Oslo. The objective of the tender contest is to enter into 4-6 parallel framework agreements for project management and related support functions for construction projects and other projects related to the Municipal Undertaking for Cultural and Sports Facilities' activities. The framework agreement period is 4 years with a mutual access to terminate the agreement. Based on historical figures and plans, the need for project management is estimated to be between NOK 40-80 million over 4 years.
