Construction work for water and sewage pipelines

Description

The measure must be executed as a general contract in accordance with NS 8406. The contract shall be initiated in January 2020 and be completed in July/August 2020. The service building at Alværn quay will require some detailed engineering design by the contractor. Enterprise classification 3 is required for all works. Nesodden municipality shall conclude its treatment activity at Buhrestua treatment plant in the Tangen area. A new submarine conveying pipeline must be established to Vestfjorden Treatment Facility (VEAS) in Asker. The conveying from Buhrestua to VEAS in Asker must be pumped via Alværn pumping station located approximately halfway on the stretch. A total of two pipeline stretches must be established. 1) A sewer pipeline from Buhrestua treatment plant to Alværn pumping station with a length of approx. 8,5 km; 2) A sewer pipeline from Alværn pumping station to VEAS with a length of approx. 7,5 km. Landing in and out of Alværn pumping stations shall be executed via rock drilling, a total of approx. 200 metres. At Alværn a cable trench from the current pumping station must be constructed, down to the quay area where a service building for plug charging must be built. The building must contain a concrete basement and a super-structure made of wood. The building is approx. 15 m2.
