Market Engagement – Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence for Case File Preparation, Investigation Management, Safeguarding and Crime Finalisations. We are keen to explore opportunities that would help automate the following processes; • Crime Recording – in line with National Crime Recording Standards (NCRS) • Investigations – gathering of mandatory evidence/case file documents • Case file creation and progressions – including management Crown Prosecution Service requests and escalations • Safeguarding – triage, prioritisation and auto-referrals • Crown Prosecution Service Requests - managing CPS feedback and actions required, including hastening of Officers • Crime Finalisations
