A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of medicinal products. The DPS may also be used to procure a limited number of presentations which may be classified as medical devices (e.g. non-medicated creams, gels, liquids, powders). Lot 1: Fifteenth group tender for Generic, Branded Generic & Proprietary Medicinal Products. Additional information: The estimated total value of contract (excluding VAT) is GBP 12,279,940 to GBP69,074,663. This maximum value in the range takes into consideration and accounts for all available extension provision as outlined in the SS17bc Commercial Conditions of Contract for Supplies Contracts documents and provides for potential growth of up to 50% over the course of the contract.
