Tender for the Appointment of Auditors for UKROEd and its parent company the Road Safety Trust

UKROEd and its parent company the Road Safety Trust are required to appoint auditors in accordance with the Companies Act 2006. The auditors will undertake all of the duties and responsibilities detailed in company law and audit regulations, mainly the audit of the statutory financial statements of the Trust and group companies, reporting to members thereon, and also any associated tasks such as attending and preparing for meetings and expressing opinions on such as other reports as required. Lot 1: UKROEd and its parent company the Road Safety Trust are required to appoint auditors in accordance with the Companies Act 2006.
