Description

Askøy Municipality will procure a new cloud-based childhood and youth administration system (hereafter called OAS) for nurseries, before-and-after-school care and schools. See Annex 1 of the contract for further details on the assignment. Askøy Municipality is in the process of being restructured and several of the current digital systems are being reviewed. The new OAS must therefore be able to communicate with the current and future systems. The procurement includes options for delivery of the OAS to PPT and the Cultural School. Further details on the options: The contracting authority has sketched the current need. This can change over time. The chosen tenderer will not be required to deliver on the options when the contract is signed. It is, however, important that the tenderer endeavours to meet the contracting authority's need, if there is a desire to take up the options.
