Hearing assessment and supply and fit of hearing aids - routine age-related hearing loss Lot 1: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. NHS Devon sought to procure routine community hearing loss services for over 55s registered with a GP in Devon. An award has been made following direct award process B Contracts are awarded with no minimum contract value and paid on an activity basis. Contract pricing (excl VAT): - Assessment £53 - Assess and fit one aid + 3yr follow up £282.67 - Assess and fit 2 aids + 3 year follow up £365.34 - Annual Aftercare (after 3rd year) £25 - Replacement Aids £59.49 The Contract will run from 1/4/2025 to 31/3/2027 with a 2 year extension option. This is an existing service and this award is to an existing supplier for NHS Devon.
