Winter Maintenance Lot 1: Hillcrest Homes will shortly be issuing a Winter Maintenance Tender. We are looking for an experienced and suitably resourced contractor to tender for this contract. The anticipate the tender documents will be available on PCS early in September. This contract will involve regular external gritting at our office areas and our staffed properties throughout our area of operations (Dundee, Edinburgh, Angus, Fife and Perthshire) during the winter period and in accordance with the MetOffice Opensite forecasting system. Further location details will be supplied in the tender documents. The successful contractor will be required to provide assistance with additional gritting and snow clearing during exceptional winter conditions.
