Supply of Fabrication and Welding AR-VR Welding Training Equipment

UHI Inverness is seeking to appoint a single supplier for the supply, delivery and installation of 5 Virtual Reality (VR) / Augmented Reality (AR) welding simulators. The system will utilise AR and/or VR to simulate real-world welding scenarios, providing an immersive training experience. It will allow students to practice without the material waste associated with traditional welding training. The AR/VR environment will provide a safe training space, reducing the risks of injuries and costs related to physical materials and equipment wear. The equipment will be installed in our Inverness campus, located at 1 Inverness Campus, Inverness IV2 5NA. The equipment needs to be installed by the Contractor by 06 October 2025 (Go Live Date).
