Lillesand kommune (Lillesand municipality) wants to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for bulk deliveries of diesel and petrol to Lillesand Marina. The procurement involves the delivery of: • duty-free diesel to Lillesand Marina, • petrol to Lillesand Marina, • duty-free diesel to diesel tanks at Fyresmoen. Some of the fuel will be used by Lillesand municipality, while the majority goes to commercial resale to boats at the marina. A significant part of the contract will be that the supplier installs equipment to monitor the tanks and tops them up as needed so they do not run out. In summer one must expect a relatively large turnover volume in a short period of time, so the supplier must have a contingency plans that makes rapid delivery possible, also on the weekends.
