Investigative Analytical Software (Chorus)

Description

Analytical Software to manage and "clean" telecommunications data to generate lines of enquiry or produce evidential products for an investigation case file. Lot 1: Provision of Chorus software licences, support and maintenance services for the existing operational case management and investigative system used by the Force. The contract includes continued access to the Chorus platform, software updates, technical support, system maintenance and associated vendor services. Renewal of the existing solution ensures continuity of service, maintains operational capability and avoids disruption to investigative and case management activities.
