The Council will be seeking a provider of nursing care services to support two care homes currently being operated by the Council. This notice is a Prior Information Notice to inform the marketplace of possible procurement activity in the next 12 months. Any future procurement activity will be undertaken in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Prior Information Notice. The awarding of any future contracts for these services will be subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this requirement. The date at Section II.3 is the earliest a contract notice will be published and the Authority reserves the right to amend to fit with its own timelines.
